यह सेवा prepaid 10-hour blocks के आधार पर काम करती है।

10 Hours Credit  

USD $100

सभी tasks को 15-minute increments में calculate किया जाता है।

हर task में शामिल होता है:

• communication time  
• coordination time  
• reporting/update time

Meetings केवल appointment के आधार पर उपलब्ध हैं।

Minimum meeting booking:  

1 hour

Meetings को working hours के दौरान कम से कम 1 घंटे पहले schedule करना जरूरी है।

Unscheduled direct calls या video calls को decline किया जा सकता है या उनका जवाब नहीं दिया जा सकता।

क्योंकि meetings में preparation और reporting time भी शामिल होता है, इसलिए बहुत छोटे meeting requests आमतौर पर स्वीकार नहीं किए जाते।

Working Hours:  

Monday–Saturday  

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Bali Time / GMT+8)

Working hours के दौरान WhatsApp response time सामान्यतः लगभग 1 घंटे के अंदर होता है।

Urgent requests के लिए आमतौर पर कम से कम 1 दिन की preparation चाहिए होती है।

ज़्यादातर coordination tasks को लगभग 1 हफ्ता पहले plan करना बेहतर रहता है, यह vendor availability और local scheduling conditions पर भी depend करता है।

यह service remote coordination और virtual assistance के रूप में बनाई गई है।

हालाँकि कुछ मामलों में inspections, checking, tasting या coordination purposes के लिए onsite visits arrange किए जा सकते हैं, लेकिन इस service में शामिल नहीं है:

• events attend करना  

• event days पर physically present रहना  

• clients के साथ accompany करना  

• face-to-face consultation meetings  

• onsite staff की तरह काम करना  

• fixed-date operational commitments  

Onsite tasks के लिए:

transportation time को working hours में count किया जाएगा  

petrol fee:

$2 USD / 10km  

Onsite coordination के लिए आमतौर पर advance scheduling जरूरी होती है।

जब तक अलग से discuss और approve न किया जाए, सभी support remotely ही provide किए जाएंगे।

यह सेवा इनमें शामिल नहीं है:

• legal services  
• financial management  
• emergency assistance  
• personal driver service  
• full event planning  
• unlimited concierge service  
• face-to-face personal meeting service  

यह केवल एक virtual assistance service है।

हमारा role है:

• options ढूँढने में मदद करना  
• communication assist करना  
• local coordination support देना  
• decision-making process को आसान बनाना  

हम clients की ओर से decisions नहीं लेते। Final decisions हमेशा client के पास रहते हैं।

हम पूरी ईमानदारी और सावधानी से मदद करने की कोशिश करते हैं, लेकिन अंतिम choices और approvals की जिम्मेदारी client की ही होती है।

नोट:  

हालाँकि हम भरोसेमंद vendors के साथ काम करने की कोशिश करते हैं, SmartBali.Guide third-party vendors की performance, quality, availability या operational outcomes की guarantee नहीं दे सकता।

क्योंकि हर task में communication और reporting time शामिल होता है, हर task के लिए minimum 15-minute block जरूरी होता है।

Efficiency के लिए clients को multiple tasks एक साथ group करने के लिए encourage किया जाता है।

इससे मदद मिलती है:

required hours को ज्यादा accurately estimate करने में  

task priorities organize करने में  

remaining credits को clearly track करने में

यह service खास तौर पर उपयोगी है:

उन लोगों के लिए जो overseas से planning कर रहे हैं  

जिन्हें Bali में local representation चाहिए  

clients जिन्हें visual checking या coordination चाहिए  

destination event preparation  

villa/property checking  

content production coordination  

business preparation  

या बस trusted local help की जरूरत हो

हर task में communication और reporting time शामिल होता है।

क्योंकि coordination work में अक्सर कई conversations, follow-ups और updates शामिल होते हैं, इसलिए हर task में कम से कम 15-minute reporting block रखा जाता है।

Updates में शामिल हो सकते हैं:

• WhatsApp summaries  
• Google Document reports  
• screenshots  
• photos/videos  
• appointment confirmations  
• vendor updates  

यह reporting system clients को updated रखता है जबकि चीज़ें remotely Bali से handle की जा रही हों।

Bali Virtual Assistant को Ilona द्वारा lead की जाने वाली एक छोटी Bali-based local team support करती है।

हम कोई बड़ी agency या outsourcing company नहीं हैं।

क्योंकि हमारी टीम जानबूझकर छोटी रखी गई है, हम focus करते हैं:

काम शुरू करने से पहले estimated editing time discuss किया जाएगा।
