Before we first book with an unfamiliar vendor, we perform a basic legitimacy check.
Depending on the situation, this may include:

• speaking directly with them
• checking available public information
• physically confirming that the business appears to operate in Bali when we believe it is necessaryThe goal is to reduce the risk of sending money to someone you know nothing about.
This is not a guarantee of future performance, service quality, financial condition, or honesty.

The price shown on this page is your Book with Ilona Setup Fee.
For the current offer, your access remains active until:
31 December 2026
During your active period, you may ask us to arrange multiple bookings.
The actual service date may be later.
For example, you may arrange a wedding vendor in 2026 for an event happening in 2027.
Bookings confirmed while your access is active can still receive reasonable booking-related follow-up until the booked service date.
New booking requests made after the access period ends require a new setup.
Each booking or purchase has a handling fee starting from:
IDR 100,000
Simple bookings usually start from this amount.
The fee may be higher when the request requires:
• more communication
• multiple follow-ups
• unusual payment arrangements
• more complicated booking terms
• additional administrationIf a higher fee is needed, we will tell you before proceeding.
In some cases, SmartBali.Guide / PT. Rasela Griya Inti may also receive a commission or agent fee from the vendor.
Some vendors may authorize us to provide the final customer price or issue the invoice through PT. Rasela Griya Inti.
Whatever the arrangement, you will see the final amount you need to approve before the booking is made.
Our responsibility is the booking itself.
This may include:
• availability
• quotation
• booking terms
• approved payment
• confirmation
• booking-related follow-up
• reasonable change or rescheduling requests
• arranging a meeting between you and the vendor when neededWe do not manage the vendor's actual work.
We also do not attend technical discussions, coordinate your event, supervise vendors, or act as your event manager.
A simple rule:
If it concerns the booking, we can help.
If it concerns running the service or event, it belongs to the vendor, planner, or relevant professional.
Every vendor has their own cancellation, change, and refund policy.
Before you approve a booking, we will share the relevant terms available to us.
Once you approve the booking and payment is made, the vendor's policy applies.
If you later need to cancel or reschedule, we can help communicate the request.
However, we cannot guarantee that the vendor will approve a refund, change, or rescheduling request.
We are not responsible for non-refundable vendor payments that you previously approved.
If we make an error specifically in handling your booking, we will first try to correct it.
Any limitation of responsibility is subject to the Book with Ilona Terms & Policy and applicable law.
We only manage bookings made through Book with Ilona.
If you make a booking independently, through another person, or through another platform, we cannot take responsibility for managing or fixing that booking afterward.
You are always free to book things yourself.
But if you want Ilona to manage the booking and follow-through, please ask us before you make the booking.
Sometimes knowing that a vendor exists is not enough.
You may want to know:
• what the place actually looks like
• what the surroundings feel like
• whether something matches the photos
• whether access works for your needs
• what Ilona can physically see on locationThat is a different service.
