The process works like this:

• You request a booking

• We check availability with vendors

• We send you the price and details

• You confirm the booking

• Payment is released to the vendor

You stay in control of every decision.

To make things more comfortable for travelers, we follow a few simple principles:

• You always approve the vendor and the price before any payment is made.
• Your funds are used only for bookings you confirm.
• If something doesn’t feel right, you are always free to stop the process.

These simple rules help travelers feel more comfortable while arranging things from overseas.

To simplify payments from overseas, travelers may transfer funds to a temporary booking balance.

This balance is used only for bookings you approve.

It simply allows Ilona to quickly pay vendors locally once you confirm a booking.

Remaining funds can be used for additional bookings during your trip.

Bali Booking Assistance requires a one-time setup fee per trip.

Setup Fee
Rp 500,000

This covers:

• onboarding and coordination setup
• booking balance setup
• payment handling preparation
• vendor communication and administration

The setup fee applies once per trip, regardless of how many bookings you make.

Each confirmed booking includes a small coordination fee.

Booking Fee
Rp 100,000 per confirmed booking

This fee applies when we successfully contact a vendor and arrange the booking.

It covers:

• contacting vendors
• confirming availability
• coordinating booking details
• processing the booking

Vendor prices are always shared with you before any payment is made.

There are no hidden booking markups.

 

The standard booking fee applies when vendors can be contacted normally by phone or online.

In rare situations where coordination requires in-person visits, additional costs may apply.

For example:

• transportation to the vendor location
• time spent traveling in traffic
• extended on-site coordination

If this situation occurs, we will always inform you before proceeding.

Bali Booking Assistance is designed for simple booking coordination.

SmartBali.Guide helps facilitate communication between travelers and independent local vendors.

We do not operate the services being booked.

SmartBali.Guide does not act as a travel agency, tour operator, or financial institution.

Our role is limited to helping travelers contact vendors, confirm availability, and coordinate bookings after traveler approval.

All services are delivered directly by the vendors themselves.

While we aim to work with vendors we trust, SmartBali.Guide cannot guarantee the operational delivery of third-party services.

Setup fees are non-refundable once the booking coordination setup has been completed.

Booking fees apply only after a booking has been successfully arranged.

If a booking is canceled before payment is sent to the vendor, the funds will remain in your booking balance.

Vendor payments follow the vendor’s own cancellation policies.

SmartBali.Guide does not control vendor refund decisions but will assist with communication when possible.

Any unused booking balance may be returned to the traveler upon request, minus any transfer or processing fees.

Bali Booking Assistance is designed for simple booking coordination.

Examples include:

• booking a driver
• reserving a restaurant
• arranging a spa appointment
• booking activity tickets

The service is not intended for:

• extensive vendor research
• itinerary planning
• complex scheduling
• large event coordination
