Your monthly subscription includes 10 hours of coordination assistance.

This time may include activities such as:

• discussing logistics

Tasks are calculated in 15-minute increments.

Because communication tasks are often short, grouping multiple requests together usually allows the process to run more efficiently.

Unused hours do not carry over to the following month.

Monthly Service Fee

Each monthly subscription includes:

• up to 10 hours of assistance time

Assistance time is calculated in 15-minute increments.

Because many coordination tasks are small, it is often more efficient to group several requests together.

When your remaining balance reaches 2 hours, we will notify you.

Additional assistance hours can be added if needed.
