Instead of trying to manage everything remotely on your own, you can rely on a local Bali-based team to help coordinate things on your behalf.
This service is flexible and can be used for:

The service works using prepaid 10-hour blocks.
10 Hours Credit
USD$100Tasks are calculated in 15-minute increments.
Every task includes:
- communication time
- coordination time
- reporting/update time
Meetings are available by appointment only.
Minimum meeting booking:
1 hourAvailable platforms:
- WhatsApp Call
- Zoom Meeting
Meetings must be scheduled at least 1 hour in advance during working hours.
Unscheduled direct calls or video calls may be declined or unanswered.
Because meetings also require preparation and reporting, shorter meeting requests are generally not accepted.
Working Hours:
Monday–Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Bali Time / GMT+8)Normal WhatsApp response time during working hours is approximately within 1 hour.
Urgent requests usually require at least 1 day preparation.
Most coordination tasks are best planned around 1 week in advance, depending on vendor availability and local scheduling conditions.
This service is designed as a remote coordination and virtual assistance service.
While onsite visits may occasionally be arranged for inspections, checking, tastings, or coordination purposes, the service does not include:
• attending events
• being physically present during event days
• accompanying clients
• face-to-face consultation meetings
• acting as onsite staff
• fixed-date operational commitmentsFor onsite tasks:
- transportation time is counted as working hours
- petrol fee:
$2 USD / 10km
Advance scheduling is usually required for onsite coordination.
All support is provided remotely unless otherwise discussed and approved separately.This service is NOT:
- legal services
- financial management
- emergency assistance
- personal driver service
- full event planning
- unlimited concierge service
- face-to-face personal meeting service
This is a virtual assistance service only.
Our role is to:
- help find options
- assist communication
- provide local coordination support
- help simplify the decision-making process
We do not make decisions on behalf of clients. Final decisions always remain with the client.
While we aim to assist carefully and honestly, clients remain responsible for their final choices and approvals.

Photo and video updates may be provided if required for the task.
