Your first step is a short WhatsApp or video call with Ilona.
Request Fee:
IDR 150,000During the call, we’ll understand:
• what you need checked
• where the visit is
• your preferred timing
• what questions matter to you
• what kind of photos, video, or reporting you needThe Request Fee covers the time spent understanding and assessing your request.
If the Site Visit is suitable, we’ll send you a quote starting from IDR 1,500,000.
If you decide not to proceed, or if the request falls outside the scope of this service, the Request Fee remains non-refundable.
If we are unable to take the job for our own scheduling or internal reasons, we may refund the Request Fee.
Before the visit, we agree on what you want us to pay attention to.
Ilona may:
• visit the location
• meet the vendor, owner, or contact person
• ask your questions
• observe the surroundings
• take photos and video
• join a live video call when practical
• document what she sees
• report back after the visitWe focus first on what you specifically ask us to check.
Ilona may also point out additional things she notices based on her experience.
But the final decision always remains yours.

• other Site Visits already scheduledExact timing is confirmed only after the visit has been accepted and scheduled.
For fixed appointments, meetings, or events, availability must be confirmed first.
A Site Visit is an observation and reporting service.
It is not a professional inspection, certification, legal verification, valuation, or guarantee.
The visit reflects what could reasonably be seen, heard, asked, and documented at that particular time.
Conditions may be different:
• at another time of day
• in different weather
• during an event
• after the visit
• in areas we could not accessFor technical, legal, structural, financial, or specialist matters, you should use the appropriate qualified professional.
Ilona does not recommend that you buy, book, rent, invest, or commit.
She reports what she sees and what she is told.
The Site Visit is one source of information to help you make a more informed decision.
Any booking, purchase, deposit, contract, or commitment remains your decision and responsibility.
A Site Visit does not automatically include Book with Ilona.
