On my last day in Bali, I found a little gem in Canggu: Warung Bumi. Fresh Indonesian dishes you can pick yourself—I went for chicken satay, noodles, spinach and corn fritters. The homemade turmeric, tamarind and ginger drink was so good. A reminder that Bali has so many local flavours worth discovering.
