Monkey Business Vibes
Bro, Monkey Forest is like nature’s theme park but with chaos mode ON. You walk in, boom—a monkey’s on your back like you're its Uber. It's cute ‘til it snatches your chips. But real talk, it’s wild how chill they are around humans. Ubud nailed the balance between ancient culture and monkey memes. Respect boundaries, get monkey clout.🐒💥

Real Eats, No Filters 🍢
Lowkey obsessed with Sindhu Night Market 😮💨 It's giving real Bali, not curated for clout. Cheap eats, open air, locals vibing, and the food? Gas. You can bring your dog, grab some satay and toast, and it’s all under one roof. This ain’t your overpriced smoothie bowl scene—this is what authenticity tastes like. #bali4dummees #notjustcanggu

Above the Clouds Moment
Waking up early sucks, but Glamora Hill made it worth it. Felt like we were floating above the clouds with that sunrise view over Mount Batur. Super peaceful, no crowds, no overpriced cafés, just nature and one iconic tree. Brought hot noodles and had a deep talk about moving to Sydney soon. A quiet spot that hits you right in the feels.

Sweet, Cheap, Hidden Gem
I’m not even a dessert guy, but this laklak slapped. We found this tiny warung deep in Bangli—ceramic pots, sugar steam, jungle vibes. It’s literally Rp1K a piece and tastes better than overpriced gelato in Canggu. Felt like a side quest, but lowkey the highlight. Eat like a local. Not everything worth trying is on a café wall. #bali4dummees

Evenings at Ayana Bali
Some Bali evenings just hit different. Watching the sky shift colors at Ayana, ocean breeze, slow conversations, no rush. If you’re in Bali, don’t just chase spots — stay for sunset and let the island soften you a little.

One Dish, All Soul
Bro… this warung deep in Karangasem only serves ONE thing—marlin satay with rice. That’s it. But it slaps so hard 💀🔥 Cooked with charcoal + banana leaves. No menu stress, no fake vibes, just real tradition. You won’t find this in Canggu. Respect the grind, eat the legacy. #BaliNotJustCanggu

AC and Aesthetics
Seminyak Village is like Bali’s version of a quiet mall escape. If you’re overheating and done with the chaos outside, this is your chill spot. Clean, modern, and full of shops you’ve seen back home. Not super cultural, but sometimes you just need AC, a snack, and a moment to recharge before facing the heat and honking again.

Ubud’s Cozy Final Stop
Lowkey the best way to end a long trip—eating warm bubuh bali while it’s raining, rice fields in the background, and no Canggu chaos. I was tired, hungry, kinda dead… but this place brought me back to life. It's chill, it's green, and it made us reflect hard on our mission. Ubud > Canggu when you need a real breather.

Canggu Coffee, Comfort Elevated
Sometimes you walk into a coffee spot in Bali and it feels oddly familiar — like your go-to Green Coffee, but reimagined in Canggu. Miel has that comfort vibe, but with coffee and pastries that genuinely level up the experience. Definitely one of those stops worth remembering in Batu Bolong.

Bali’s Secret Dry Savannah
Yo, Bali has a freakin’ savanna?? Tianyar feels like another planet—dry grass, goats vibin’, and the clearest view of Mount Agung ever. Bring boots tho, those seed things stick like crazy. It’s wild how Bali keeps surprising me… like, it’s not just rice fields and beach clubs fr.

Ubud’s Silent Skyline
Yo, Campuhan Ridge Walk feels like the Great Wall of Ubud—super long, super scenic. It’s peaceful, no cars, just you, the breeze, and the hills. Might look plain at first, but with the right mindset, it’s a hidden gem. Not every adventure needs a crowd or a café—sometimes just walking in silence hits different.

Lusi Café After The Flood
After the September flood renovation, Lusi feels even more alive. Open space, lush trees, and calm vibes under the shade near DPR. Coffee hits better here. Just come prepared—long sleeves help with the mosquitoes. Some spots in Bali are worth slowing down for.

Light Pho Comfort in Tabanan
One of my comfort spots in Tabanan. The pho here is light but still flavorful, you can taste the coriander without it overpowering. The banh mi filling is generous and the bread stays soft. Everything just blends well, including the drinks. Simple place, but it hits right every time.

Denpasar’s Soft Sourdough Spot
This is one TikTok temptation I keep going back to. Their sourdough is soft, fluffy, and the filling options are genuinely interesting — from Cranberry Cheese to Matcha Cranberry. The Udayana branch is also WFC-friendly. Bali’s food scene isn’t just hype; some spots are repeat-worthy.

Shaved Ice, No Wi-Fi
Bro we pulled up to this tiny warung in Buleleng after hours in the car, totally cooked from the heat. I was lowkey dizzy until that es teler hit 😮💨🍧. Ryan got the GOAT combo, ngl. It’s not IG-aesthetic, but it’s real, cold, and actually hits harder than any smoothie bowl in Canggu. Don’t sleep on North Bali desserts fr.

Still My Korean BBQ Favorite
So far, this is still my favorite Korean BBQ in Bali. Came without expectations, but it was packed for a reason — the taste really delivers. I’ve never enjoyed banchan this much, and the beef ribs are a must-order. Some places you try once. This one? You plan your comeback.

Upgrade Your AYCE Experience
If you already love AYCE Gyukaku, try the Premium Package. The meat is noticeably fattier and more tender than the regular one. I lost count of how much gyutan and unagi I had — totally worth it. Bonus: the Icon Mall Sanur branch comes with a great view to match.

✨Fish, Feeds & Ancient Vibes✨
Tirta Gangga is like… ancient royalty meets fish spa day lol. We fed koi, jumped on stepping stones, and felt like NPCs in a fantasy map. It’s slow-paced but aesthetic overload. If you only know Bali as Canggu cafés, you’re missing out on this peaceful heritage core memory. Feed the koi. Touch grass. Repeat.

Sambal Matah Gateway
Not your classic babi guling — Warung Cahaya serves crispy fried pork with sambal matah and cucumber. It’s like Bali’s version of comfort food for Gen Zs who aren’t ready to go full traditional. Ryan legit couldn’t stop smiling. Sometimes, the best way to try something new is to start with what feels familiar.

Affordable Hidden Breakfast in Canggu
Breakfast in Canggu doesn’t have to be expensive to feel special. This cozy spot at Fortunaresto is such a hidden gem — generous portions, friendly service, and only 117k. Simple mornings like this are why I love exploring Bali slowly. 🌞✨

23K Midnight Warung Find
Found a late-night warung in Peguyangan serving a full set — beef satay, lawar, soto, and rice — for just 23K. It’s tucked inside a quiet residential street, but the place is surprisingly packed. You even eat in a home yard with bonsai views. Bali’s best flavors aren’t always on main roads.

Kelan Seafood Worth the Wait
Tried the viral seafood spot at Pantai Kelan that always has a waiting list — and it’s honestly worth it. Fresh prawns and grilled clams, bold seasoning, slightly spicier than typical Jimbaran style. Pro tip: book via WhatsApp first so you don’t wait for hours.

Her Loyal Bali Food Picks
If you’re around Berawa and craving real Balinese flavors, this nasi campur has been my go-to since 2021. You can adjust the price when takeaway, dine in a bit more – still worth it. And Baked’s tortilla omelette? Best on the menu. Simple spots like these keep Bali delicious.

Breathing Bali at Kintamani
Standing in front of Kintamani’s mountain view, I felt Bali slow everything down. No rush, just clouds, lava fields, and fresh air filling my lungs. If you need a reset, come up here. Let the volcano remind you how small your worries are — and how big this island feels.

Cozy Canggu Spot to Save
Another day, another blessing in Bali 🤍
If you’re in Canggu, Woods Bali is such a cozy escape. Good food, calm vibes, and that warm wooden ambiance just hits different. Don’t skip the french toast — it’s a must. Save this spot for your next Bali mood ✨
